Ignoring this will proove you a fool
Prudently choosing the right investigation
Certainly would ease..... many a tension.

When in doubt examine again
For, ...many a sign appear very late.
Internal examinations you must do
To save your skin from much ado.

Choose a pen or the scalpel....
And When it needs to look in, never delay.
Needed sometimes is an opinion poll
Which will drastically reduce a disaster toll.

Never miss to take the consent...
This requirement you must never circumvent.
Let your path lead along the checklist
Lest you forget something during that unexpected twist.

To stand ahead you must stay updated
Lest the society thinks you are outdated
The secret of success lies with the team
